Group fitness classes are a great way to push yourself the extra mile while having other people around encouraging you to keep going.
Our Group Fitness Classes are designed for all ages and all experiences with the gym. We offer classes 6 days a week from early morning to evenings.
We offer a large area for ladies only. Whether you’re training for weight loss, fitness improvement or strengthening and toning, you can enjoy your time at Clubfit in comfort in our ladies only zone.
We want everyone – both adults & children – to enjoy their time at Clubfit Gym. This is why we have facilities to cater for children. While you make use of the gym facilities, our fully supervised Kid’s Club is a fun space for children of all ages – so you can work out and rest assured your little ones are being looked after.
Kid’s Club Hours:
9 am – 12 pm
Mon – Fri
To ensure we have adequate carers for your children, we ask parents to book their children in to the creche before arriving at the gym. You can do this by clicking on the link below. Fees for child minding apply.
